What is a transfer?
A transfer is a trip from point A to point B without additional stops or deviations from the route. Boarding takes place within 20 minutes. Only technical or short sanitary stops are allowed if necessary.
Who pays for parking and tolls?
Parking fees and toll road charges are paid by the customer in addition to the main service cost. Payment is made based on the actual cost according to the supporting documents provided by the driver.
If the trip time is exceeded
Additional time is charged hourly if the driver does not have a next booking.
How does the payment process work?
For legal entities — 100% payment within 3 days after placing the order, but no later than 24 hours before the trip.
For private clients — a 20% prepayment is required to reserve the vehicle, and the remaining amount is paid when the vehicle arrives.

Is it allowed to eat and drink in the vehicle?
Eating and consuming alcoholic or carbonated drinks in the vehicle is not recommended in order to maintain cleanliness and comfort during the trip.

You can pay for the trip via a payment link or QR code through the Faster Payments System, as well as by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Mir).
After payment, the client receives an electronic receipt by email or phone.

Order Cancellation and Refund
The client may cancel the service by notifying the Carrier via email or WhatsApp / Telegram. Refund policy:
- more than 7 days in advance — 100% refund;
- 1–7 days in advance — 50% is retained;
- less than 24 hours — 100% is retained.
